Terms and Conditions aren't the most fun of things and are included here to stop people taking advantage. In all cases where people have requested the use of an image so far, we've agreed free usage (normally in exchange for a mention somwhere or a piccie of what they did with it!).

You May

Use the photos in anyway that does not contradict the restrictions laid out under the "You May Not" section of these terms & conditions below.

Contact Fresh Mango directly to obtain an unlimited or expanded license for use of the imagery outside of these terms and conditions.

Fresh Mango reserve the right to refuse an unlimited or expanded license.

Fresh Mango reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

You Must

Any usage of the imagery for printed publication, whether on its own or as part of a composition or design, must be authorized by Fresh Mango first.

Any usage of imagery on a website must be accompanied by a link to www.FreshMango.com somewhere on the website and must be marked visually in text next to the image as either:

"Provided by www.FreshMango.com"

"Courtesy of www.FreshMango.com"

If it is not possible or plausible to mark the imagery as above, you must mention the above line elsewhere in the project, document or publication in which the imagery is used and contact Fresh Mango for acceptance.

You May Not

Re-distribute, for free or otherwise, any of the imagery or content of this website.

Use any of the imagery in a manner other than directed.

Have the image tatooed on your head, back or ankles.
