Hardware Checks - checks for anomolies in your computers hardware

Backup Configuration - we make sure that backups are taking place as they should

Broadband Check - are you getting the speed you should be from your ADSL package?

System Optimization - we tweak your system to make sure you getting the best performance.

Consultancy - obviously while our technicians are onsite we can easily look at your systems to recommend upgrades, source relpacements and more.

Web Support Package

Our Web Support Package not only includes website hosting and email but also 1 hour of website updates and 1 hour of Search Engine Optimization. Our website hosting provides solid security features, in many cases customers that were inundated with spam have virtually none now, anti virus and phishing scam messages are all but eliminated thanks to the latest technologies from MDaemon SecurityPlus.

Email can be checked from anywhere with one of the best webmail clients on the market, webmail via PDA/SmartPhone and obviously all the usual email methods ( Outlook, Thunderbird, Eudora, etc ).

For those with a keen interested in monitoring the perfomance of their website, a monthly multipage PDF is emailed detailing traffic, search engine referrals and keywords, etc.
