Retainer Agreements
For those companies that don’t have an in-house IT Technician but require ongoing support and maintenance, we can act as a client's IT department or supplement existing IT support (such as off-island support), providing ‘hands-only’ technical assistance.
Working on the basis that prevention is better than cure, we provide regular PC Health checks for retainer clients. A member of staff will visit the customer premises to check hardware, security updates, antivirus, spyware and backup integrity. Clients on a retainer will receive prioritized callout times and preferential rates for out of hours assistance.
Remote Support
As a rule we recommend the use of remote support tools for our clients. This enables us to access and control your systems remotely from the Fresh Mango office (with client approval only) so that problems can be resolved quicker and without incurring the onsite rates. This makes for a quicker fix and a smaller bill!

Disaster Recovery and Backup
Your data is one of the single most valuable assets within your business and so we make protecting it one of our primary concerns. We provide multi layered backup solutions for total coverage (and absolute peace of mind) but also provide the convenience of simple and fast data recovery for those accidental deletions. Given the relatively low cost of storage space, we aim to deliver at least two backup destinations.
Fresh Mango Technologies also provide an automatic offsite backup solution for those unable to backup to services hosted outside of the BVI (for tax and/or legal reasons). Your data is stored in a secure, alarmed location on encrypted drives that are waterproof and fireproof.
Redundancy
Most 'off the shelf' business network solutions operate under the assumption that you will have uninterrupted power and internet access, which is often not the case. Fresh Mango have developed a number of techniques to provide redundancy to clients in terms of email access, internet access and for remote users travelling abroad (and accessing systems here). We have servers in the USA specifically configured to provide backup email storage for when your mail servers are uncontactable and other servers for those wishing to deliver emails through servers more reliable than those provided by your ISP.
